Laura Heidemane

Laura Heidemane has been working in the IT industry since 2012. Laura began their career as a Project Manager at Edisoft Latvia SIA, where they remained until 2018. Laura then moved to Clarity Labs, where they held the roles of Salesforce Business Analyst and SAP Hybris E-commerce QA Specialist. In 2020, they joined Visma Labs as a Salesforce Administrator/Consultant, and in 2021 they joined Veloce CPQ as a QA Engineer.

Laura Heidemane has an extensive education history. From 2008 to 2011, they attended Banku Augstskola and obtained a first level professional study programme in Bank Operations. From 2011 to 2015, they attended Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) and obtained a Professional Bachelor Degree in Entrepreneurship and Management and Economist Qualification. In 2018, they attended QA Guru and obtained an Automation Test Engineer certification. Laura also attended QAGuru and obtained a Manual Testing certification. Additionally, Laura has obtained several certifications, such as a Veloce CPQ Certified Administrator in 2022, a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant in 2020, a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in 2019, and a Riga Business forum '2017 Neil Rackham Re-thinking Sales: Selling For The Future certification in 2017.
