Tim Turner is the store manager at Velocita Technology, a position they have held since January 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a customer service and front end manager at Tiger Direct from January 2005 to December 2007. Tim was responsible for managing cashiers and balancing cashier drawers at the end of each shift. Tim also handled all customer service issues. From January 2004 to December 2005, Tim worked as a library computer support technician at Western Illinois University. Tim provided on and off-site trouble shooting and computer repair services. Tim also performed technical support and repair of various hardware problems. From January 2003 to December 2004, Tim was a game repair technician at Odyssey Fun World. Tim ensured all games worked properly and repaired systems as needed. Tim also assisted on rides and helped guests as needed. From January 2000 to December 2003, Tim was residential support staff at Eneract/21st Century/RCN.
Turner began their educational career by studying psychology and information management at Western Illinois University. Tim then continued their education at Joliet Junior College and Lincoln Way High School.
