Susan Gillman

Susan Gillman is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and account coordination. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Velocitii since July 2022, Susan previously worked as an Account Coordinator at Class Valuation from February 2022 to July 2022. A significant portion of Susan's career was spent at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from January 2004 to September 2013 as a Customer Service Specialist, where responsibilities included mortgage loan servicing, loan portfolio management, and assisting homeowners with government-based assistance programs to prevent foreclosure. Susan holds an Associate's Degree in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science from Rochester Business Institute, completed in 2002.
