Zaire Douglas

Zaire Douglas has four years of work experience in the IT field. In 2020, they worked as an IT Specialist for both Applied Data Technologies and Informatic Concepts. At Applied Data Technologies, they provided support services for technological systems, programs, and networks, delivered support for implementation, configuration, updating, and maintenance of IT systems, and acted as an IT subject matter expert providing knowledge and advice to peers. At Informatic Concepts, they reviewed diagnostics and assessed the functionality and efficiency of systems, implemented security measures, and monitored security certificates and company compliance of requirements. In 2021, they worked as an IT Project Coordinator for Colliers Engineering & Design, where they were a leader in coordination of IT projects, facilitated the roll out for new products and features, and tracked bugs. Currently, they are a Support Specialist for Velocitor Solutions.

Zaire Douglas began their educational journey in 2016 when they attended Central Piedmont Community College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science in 2018. They then attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science in 2018. Most recently, in 2019, Zaire Douglas attended MyComputerCareer and obtained an ITSA - Information Technology Security Administrator degree in Information Technology in 2020. Additionally, in October 2021, Zaire Douglas obtained a Project Management Simplified certification from LinkedIn.
