Dennis McRae

Dennis McRae is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various consulting firms and industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Velocity AI since June 2023, Dennis previously held the position of Consumer & Industrial Products Practice Leader at West Monroe Partners from September 2018 to January 2023, where Dennis was responsible for practice success and the development of a new vertical. Prior roles include Vice President and Head of the Industrials Practice at Hitachi Consulting, where Dennis led the Industry 4.0 initiative, and Vice President of Operations at Celerant Consulting, focusing on transformational programs and client P&L. With a solid engineering foundation as a former Program Engineer at the Space Science & Engineering Center, Dennis also holds advanced degrees in Business and Operations from the Wisconsin School of Business and INSEAD, along with a Master Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
