Itay Podhajcer

Chief Architect at Velocity Career Labs

Itay Podhajcer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Itay started their career in 2001 as a Lead Software Developer for the Israel Defense Forces, where they developed software solutions for various departments and provided IT support. After that, they worked as an Application Security Consultant & Architect for Multilayer Security in 2005. From 2007 to 2013, Itay worked as a Freelancer, providing software development consulting services. In 2013, they founded their own company called Podhajcer Solutions and served as the Owner until 2019. During this time, they also worked as a Software Consultant, Architect & Project Manager at CodeValue from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they joined EverFlow as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and later moved to Velocity Career Labs in 2020, where they currently hold the role of Chief Architect.

Itay Podhajcer completed a Programming Course at Mamram in 2001, which focused on computer programming. Prior to that, they attended ORT Yad Leibowitz from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Computer Software Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Itay Podhajcer has earned several certifications from Microsoft. In 2005, they obtained the MCAD: Microsoft .NET certification and the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification. The following year, in 2006, they achieved the MCSD1: Microsoft .NET certification.
