Jay Kim

Jay Kim is currently the Managing Director at Velocity Clearing LLC, focusing on regional brokerage and clearing sales in Korea. With a Bachelor's degree from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and a Master of Science from the University of Reading, Jay has a strong background in finance. Previously, Jay served as President at Shinhan Investment America, Inc., and held senior positions at Mirae Asset Securities (USA) Inc. and Mirae Asset Securities. Jay's experience includes building fixed income repo and prime brokerage business, as well as managing prime business and trading in futures and options at various financial institutions.
