Melissa Dominguez has extensive experience in human resources, spanning various positions and companies. Melissa is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist Americas at Velocity Electronics, where they are responsible for HR-related activities. Prior to this, Melissa served as the Head of People at Beverly Law Firm, where they led and managed the human resources department to ensure legal compliance and implement the company's talent strategy. Before that, they held the same position at AllUp - AllianceUp, where they contributed to the strengthening of the collaborator-company relationship through recruitment, onboarding, well-being initiatives, and training programs. Melissa also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at STFGROUP and Listos, where they coordinated and led different HR processes such as organizational structure, talent acquisition, and system implementation.
