Frank Muller possesses extensive experience in the appraisal and real estate sector, currently serving as the Chief Appraiser, East, at Velocity Mortgage Capital since April 2017. Previous roles include Commercial Review Appraiser at Investors Bank and Appraisal Manager, Senior Vice President at Sun National Bank, where responsibilities involved regulatory compliance and appraisal oversight. Frank has also held significant positions at FCM Valuations, INTERBAY FUNDING, LLC, MASTROIENI AND ASSOCIATES, PJL Realty Advisors, REAVES C. LUKENS COMPANY, and PROPERTY APPRAISAL ASSOCIATES, where a comprehensive background in residential and commercial appraisals was developed.
