Soraye Lara

Soraye Lara has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Soraye began their career in 2015, working as a Retail Associate and later as a Retail Manager at Indigo Boutique. In 2016, they transitioned to becoming a Licensed Realtor at Weichert, Realtors. From 2018 to 2020, Soraye worked as a Retail Buyer at Blue Lotus Boutique.

In 2021, Soraye held multiple roles at different companies. Soraye worked as a Student Assistant at UT Permian Basin and as an Outreach Program Supervisor and Coordinator at Reflection Ministries of Texas Inc. Soraye also served as an Operational Specialist at AUDACIOUS DESIGNS and as a Junior Executive Board Member, Event Planner, and Mentor at BAM Consulting.

In 2022, Soraye joined Red Pixel Marketing as a Marketing Project Coordinator and later became a Marketing Project Manager. Soraye also founded Unlimited Jewelry in 2020.

Soraye Lara has a diverse education history. Soraye obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business from The University of Texas Permian Basin. Soraye also pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, with an expected completion date in 2022, from the same institution.

In addition to their degree programs, Soraye Lara completed a Certificate in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from The University of Texas Permian Basin and a Certificate in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from the Latina Entrepreneur Academy. Furthermore, they acquired a real estate license from Donaldson Education in 2016.

Soraye Lara's commitment to continuous learning is evident as they also completed a Certificate in Venture Capital from the Bridge Venture Fellowship.

Beyond their formal education, Soraye Lara has obtained various certifications. Soraye has completed Volunteer Training Completion and Trauma-informed Volunteer Training from Family Promise. Soraye has also received training in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility (DEIA) as a volunteer in the same organization. Additionally, they hold the title of Founding Member of Midland Women for Good, an organization based in Grapevine.
