Alexandria leads Customer Experience & Delivery and Customer Success for Velocity Global. She oversees the teams responsible for driving customer experience excellence and proactively supporting customers in their international expansion goals. Prior to this, Alexandria launched and oversaw the company's Customer Success and M&A divisions, as well as Global Talent Acquisition service line. With more than ten years of experience within the private, start-up, and non-profit sectors, both internationally and domestically, Alexandria applies deep experience in international expansion and talent acquisition. Alexandria holds a master's degree in Global Finance, Trade and Economic Integration from the University of Denver, and a bachelor's degree in International Relations and Comparative Politics from the University of Montana.
