Francoise Brougher

Francoise is a pioneering tech leader with over 25 years of business and operations experience at marquee industry disruptors and technology leaders, including Google (now Alphabet), Square (now Block), and Pinterest. She is currently a Board Member of the Compensation Committee and Nomination Committee at Sodexo and an Advisor at both Teachers and Innovia Capital. She has a track record of successfully building and scaling high-performing teams across strategy and business operations, taking both Square and Pinterest public. She led large global organizations responsible for multibillion-dollar sales and operations revenue at Google, Square, and Pinterest. She holds a master's in engineering from Institut Catholique d’ Arts et Metiers in France and an MBA from Harvard University.
