Marc Jansen

Marc Jansen is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Head of People Data, Innovation, and Strategy at Rabobank since October 2017, with additional roles including a.i. Tribe Lead People and Growth and Head of People Development. Marc also holds a position as a Member of the Board of Directors at Velocity Network Foundation and serves on the Board of Advisors at De Leerrekening. Prior to Rabobank, Marc worked as Global Manager Learning and Talent at Booking.com and as an International NSO Consultant at Carlson Restaurants Worldwide. Marc earned a BA in Economics and Management from DePauw University and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Villanova University.
