Tim Weeks has worked in various roles across multiple companies since 2003. Tim began their career as a Sales Associate at Circuit City, where they were responsible for greeting customers and informing them about sales and credit options. Tim then moved up to Sales Manager/Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for meeting sales goals of the department and store, while also maintaining personal sales goals. Tim was then promoted to District firedog Manager, where they worked with technicians and managers in 15 stores and trained technicians in sales, customer service, and help desk procedures. In 2009, they became Partner/President of TeamLogic IT of Monroeville and Partner at SMA Technology Group. At TeamLogic IT, they provided comprehensive computer services and premier customer service, while at SMA Technology Group they provided various technology services including interoperability solutions, disaster recovery, consulting, and business intelligence solutions. In 2016, they became a Volunteer at Central Virginia Community College, assisting the Instructor with A+ certification class and preparing students for the A+ 901 exam. Tim then moved up to Adjunct Instructor at the same college in 2017. In 2018, they joined Velocity Procurement as Executive Vice President and Senior Manager - Digital Transformation Practice Lead, where they helped clients navigate through their specific procurement challenges.

Tim Weeks received their Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003. In 2016, they obtained their CompTIA A+ ce certification from CompTIA. In 2019, they became an Accredited Procure - to - Pay Solution Consultant from the Institute of Finance and Management. In 2020, they earned The Consultants Toolkit certification from Harvard University.
