Heather Day

Heather Day is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, music, and administration. Currently serving as an Associate Producer and Trauma Triage Team Leader and Cohost for Awake Nation Podcast since February 2023, Heather also provides private music lessons in voice and piano at an unnamed music school. As a Salesforce Administrator at IMDS since December 2022 and a Photography Specialist at Contract Photos since January 2022, Heather demonstrates a strong skill set in technology and creativity. Previous experience includes teaching piano and vocal instruction at School of Music, substituting for seventh grade English at Killeen ISD, and owning Eden Cultures Cafe, where Heather focused on creating a vibrant community space for local artists. Heather's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Microbiology from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University, complemented by an Associate of Science in Musical Theatre from St. Johns River State College.
