Aleshia then transitioned to the role of Professional Recruiter before leaving in 2017. Aleshia joined Lippert in 2017 and served as a Senior Recruiter until 2018, after which they became a Talent Manager until 2022. Currently, Aleshia is working as a Client Director at Velocity Resource Group, where they lead client services, manages relationships, develops strategies, and oversees project management for various industries.
Aleshia Ritter obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish with International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Aleshia attended this university from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications such as "Talent Advisor: Sourcing Strategy," "Technical Recruiting with The Alignment Framework," and "Talent Advisor, Influence" from SocialTalent in 2022.
