Aleshia Ritter

Aleshia Ritter has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Aleshia began their career at Ashley Furniture Industries as a Human Resource Administrator in 2015. Aleshia then transitioned to the role of Professional Recruiter before leaving in 2017. Aleshia joined Lippert in 2017 and served as a Senior Recruiter until 2018, after which they became a Talent Manager until 2022. Currently, Aleshia is working as a Client Director at Velocity Resource Group, where they lead client services, manages relationships, develops strategies, and oversees project management for various industries.

Aleshia Ritter obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish with International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Aleshia attended this university from 2009 to 2014.
