Prior to this role, Hathaya held the position of Assistant Manager at the Thailand Management Association from February 2013 to July 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of International Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completed in 2008, and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in English Language from Thammasat University, earned in 2006.
