Kelly Parks

Kelly Parks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both legal and military fields. Currently serving as a Landman at Velocity Water Solutions and Managing Member at Blood Moon Water Resources LLC since December 2017, Kelly also founded Tejas Legacy Land & Minerals LLC in April 2016. Previous legal roles include serving as a Student Attorney at Tulane Environmental Law Clinic and as a Summer Intern at Timagenis Law Firm and AllBright Law Offices, specializing in corporate legal documents. In the military, Kelly held various leadership positions in the US Navy, culminating as an Information Management Specialist, and was notably the Department Leading Chief Petty Officer at Navy Information Operations Command Misawa. Education includes a Juris Doctor in Maritime Law from Tulane University Law School, a Master's in Data Analytics from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and an MBA in International Business from the same institution, alongside various international studies and certifications.
