Denean Kelson, CPE, ASP is a seasoned consultant at VelocityEHS, specializing in industrial ergonomics and ergonomics design. Since July 2021, Denean has developed and delivered training on identifying ergonomic hazards, conducted systematic risk assessments, and facilitated Kaizen events while also serving as a subject-matter expert in biomechanics and ergonomics for software development. Previous experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech, where Denean focused on muscle activation patterns for a master’s thesis, and as an Enterprise Safety Intern with Entergy, developing ergonomics training modules and initiating ergonomics programs.
