Ken Lupo has over 20 years of experience in technology leadership and development roles. Ken is currently the Vice President of Software Development at VelocityEHS, where they manage and leads multiple development teams and collaborates with senior product staff to prioritize and fund roadmap initiatives. Ken also works closely with IT leadership and DevOps teams to identify and implement cost-effective technology solutions. Prior to their current role, Ken served as the Director of Software Engineering and the Director of Technology at VelocityEHS | Humantech. In these positions, they managed all aspects of technology, including project management for SaaS applications and development and full stack Java development. Before joining VelocityEHS, Ken was the Director of Technology at Humantech, where they also managed technology-related aspects and oversaw SCRUM projects. Earlier in their career, Ken served as the Director of Technology at Saline Area Schools, where they managed technology for 6400 users and provided training and support. Ken began their career at Wiltec Technologies as a System and Software Engineer, where they led technical projects and contributed to open source development. Ken has a strong background in project management, Java development, and system administration.

Ken Lupo has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Walsh College. Ken also has an associate degree in Business from Oakland Community College. In 2015, they completed a CISSP Training Camp and obtained a certificate in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Additionally, they have certifications in CISSP from (ISC)² and PMP from PMI, both obtained in 2015 and 2013 respectively.
