Keri Newman has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in sales, customer relations, and marine conservation. Keri's career began at Allstate from September 2000 to January 2012 as a Sales and Customer Relations Manager and Licensed Sales Producer. Following this, Keri worked at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence as a Customer Relations/Sales Supervisor from April 2013 to July 2021. Keri has been actively involved in marine conservation since joining Twisted Orca in January 2020 as a Marine Conservation Outreach Manager, where engaging ocean-themed community programs and children's books on marine conservation were developed. Currently, Keri serves as a Demand Engagement Specialist at VelocityEHS since March 2025 and held the role of Workforce Development & Training Specialist at the University of Rhode Island from October 2024 to October 2025. Keri's educational background includes studies at the URI Graduate School of Oceanography.
