Jaikumar Chidambaram

Jaikumar Chidambaram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership within the media and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Director of Managed Services at Velocix since January 2019, Jaikumar leads the Managed Services team responsible for overseeing video operations for global IPTV and OTT service providers. Prior roles at Velocix included Principal Product Manager for the Video Analytics platform, as well as key contributions to the Open CDN and analytics phases. At Nokia, Jaikumar played a pivotal role in developing the product vision and strategy for Velocix's CDN and Analytics platforms, including significant migration efforts to a Cloud/SaaS model. Additional experience includes roles at Juniper Networks and HCL Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed product management and engineering within content delivery systems and networking solutions. Jaikumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
