Andrew O'Flynn

Andrew O'Flynn is a seasoned project manager and consultant with extensive experience in business change and analysis across various sectors, primarily in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Velonetic since July 2024, Andrew's previous roles include Business Change at Marsh and Consultant positions at Iridium and Charles Taylor plc, where efforts focused on enhancing client experience and implementing strategic initiatives. Notable contributions include establishing an underwriting hub for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. and supporting the development of the Flood Re initiative at the Association of British Insurers. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History from The Open University and has completed A levels in English Literature and History, among other educational qualifications.
