Rich Evans

Rich Evans has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rich worked as an Enterprise Portfolio Director at Velosio starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they were a CRM Consulting Manager at Velosio from December 2020 to February 2023. Before joining Velosio, Rich worked as a Project Manager at BroadPoint, Inc. from November 2014 to December 2020, where they supported client implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Enterprise Solutions. Rich also has experience as a Senior Project Manager at Motionsoft, overseeing ERP implementations for clients in the health and wellness industry from June 2013 to October 2014. Rich was a Delivery Center Manager at Ellucian from May 2012 to June 2013, responsible for overseeing the technical services portfolio and ensuring client satisfaction. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Datatel+SGHE, including Manager of IT Infrastructure Services from March 2009 to April 2012 and Senior Technical Project Lead from June 2007 to March 2009. Rich started their career as the Director of Technology at Bandwave Systems, managing the broadband and hosting helpdesk as well as leading IT integration projects from May 2000 to June 2007.

Rich Evans earned a BA in History from Penn State University in the years 1987-1991. Rich later obtained an MA in Philosophy from Duquesne University in 2000-2001. In addition to their degrees, Rich has certifications in MB5-705 Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementations from Microsoft, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, ITIL v3 Foundation from EXIN, and TSIA Certified Technology Service and Support Manager(CTSS) from the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA).
