Shilpa Nanduri

Shilpa Nanduri, SPHRi™, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Velosio since June 2024, Shilpa previously held similar managerial roles at Virginia Transformer Corp from May 2016 to June 2024. Professional experience also includes positions as a Project Coordinator at Valor Partners and a Senior HR Recruiter/Generalist at Stafflabs Inc. Earlier in the career, Shilpa worked as an HR Consultant at Delta Dental of VA and a Recruiter for multiple companies, including Accenture and Keane. Shilpa holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services and Information Technology, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Computer Science, both from Osmania University.
