Moty Barak has over 25 years of experience in customer success and technical training management. In 2022, they began working at Velox Ltd. as a Customer Success Operations Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Elmo Motion Control from 2020 to 2021 as a Customer Success and Technical Training Manager. From 2014 to 2020, they were the Customer Success and Training Manager and Infrastructure Support Manager at Scodix Digital Print Solutions. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Total Customer Experience/product survey project manager at Siemens and a Total Customer Experience project manager at NICE Systems. From 2007 to 2011, they were a WW Total Customer Experience Program Manager at HP Scitex. From 1997 to 2007, they were the Print Server Product Manager at POD Digital Printing Division (IL) at Creo Scitex Ltd. (EX-Scitex). During their time at Creo, they were awarded the Creo Excellence Award and the Scitex Customer Satisfaction Award.

Moty Barak holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA in Marketing from the New York Institute of Technology. Moty also holds a Certified Project Management certification from Hamil - The Israeli Project Management Institute.
