Noel Barnard

Noel Barnard is the VP, Legal and General Counsel at Veloxis Pharmaceuticals. Noel has over 9 years of experience in the legal field. Prior to joining Veloxis, they were the Assistant Counsel at Chiesi USA, Inc. where they worked on commercial contracts, assisted in developing the company's litigation strategy, and participated in complex negotiations and corporate strategy sessions. Noel also has experience working as a Consultant and a Research Assistant. In addition to their work in the legal field, Noel is an experienced Trip Leader and has worked with Outdoor Adventure Rafting for over 2 years.

Noel Barnard is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Noel has also completed a BU Mini-MBA and a certification from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in The Power of Professional Presence.
