Rafael De León

Rafael De Leon is currently the Head of Finance at Velozient, a nearshore software outsourcing company based in Houston, Texas. Prior to this role, Rafael worked as an Accountant Analyst at Energía Solar ESWindows and as an Accounts Receivable Analyst at Banco Agrario de Colombia. Rafael holds a degree in Public Accountant and International Business Professional from Universidad del Norte.
