Bhakti Bhagwat - Limaye

Bhakti Bhagwat - Limaye is a seasoned bioinformatician and technical lead with extensive experience in data mining and analysis pipeline development. Currently serving as Technical Lead and Principal Bioinformatician at Velsera since January 2023, Bhakti has previously held senior positions at PierianDx, where expertise in NGS data analysis and the development of Python modules for large data sets was demonstrated. Prior roles included Technical Lead for the customer success team at PierianDx and Senior Scientist at CDAC, contributing significantly to various research projects, including RNA-seq data analysis for breast cancer. Bhakti holds a Master of Science in Bioinformatics and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
