Jaydeep Sidhaye currently serves as Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer at Reinventa LifeX since July 2025, and as a Scientific Lead at Velsera since March 2023. In these roles, Jaydeep leads teams of scientists to create expert-curated knowledge bases focusing on oncology biomarkers to enhance patient care management. Previously, Jaydeep was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Molecular Biotechnology from April 2018 to January 2023, studying gene expression regulation during human brain development using stem cell-derived organoids. Jaydeep's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biology from Technische Universität Dresden and a Master's degree from Tata Institute of Fundamental Research in Mumbai. Additional research experience includes a Ph.D. program at MPI-CBG and early work as a Junior Research Fellow at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research.
