Rutika Naik

Ritika Naik, PhD, is an accomplished operational leader and expert in clinical oncology interpretation with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Director at Velsera since April 2023, Ritika leads a team of over 75 scientists to build a Knowledgebase focused on oncology clinical practice guidelines and interpretations for medical directors. Prior roles include Director of KnowledgeBase at PierianDx, where Ritika managed a 90-person team and facilitated significant partnerships, including a pivotal role in a joint FDA product approval with Illumina. With a strong background in cancer research, Ritika has held various scientific positions, including postdoctoral fellowships at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) and other prestigious institutions, consistently contributing to groundbreaking studies in oncology and cell biology. Ritika Naik holds a PhD in Cancer Biology from the National Centre for Cell Sciences and advanced degrees in Microbiology from the University of Pune and RYK College Nashik.
