Alex Favre

Alex Favre has a strong background in network engineering and technical support. Alex worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Velti, where they were responsible for the connectivity and network integrity within the company. Alex handled LAN/WAN infrastructure, troubleshooting, and providing interconnectivity solutions for large corporate customers. Prior to that, they were a NOC Engineer at Level 3 Communications, where they provided real-time monitoring and service assurance for corporate customers, with expertise in various technologies including TCP-IP/WAN/MAN/LAN routing, switching, and backbone fiber optics. Alex also worked as a Technical Service Level Engineer at GRUPO DATCO, where they performed network analysis, troubleshooting, and monitoring of ISP connectivity. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Technician at Repsol, providing hardware and software support and troubleshooting for a large number of internal employees.

Alex Favre completed an Associate's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Cisco Networking Academy from 2011 to 2013. During the same period, they also obtained a CCNA certification in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Academia Proydesa in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1999, Alex earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences and Humanities from Lyceum #1 in Paysandú, Uruguay.
