Dimitra Petraki

Dimitra Petraki has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dimitra started their career in 2007 as a Researcher at MRB Hellas and later worked as a Call Center Agent at Alternative Research Solutions. In 2010, they were promoted to the role of Call Center Team Leader at the same company. In 2013, they worked as an Order Administrator at ergaleioagora.gr. From 2014 to 2017, Dimitra served as a Customer Consultant at Viva Wallet (vivawallet.com). Currently, they are working at Velti as a Revenue Optimization Manager, where they collaborate with various departments to ensure project performance and resolve any issues.

Dimitra Petraki holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, acquired during the period of 2003 to 2009. Dimitra obtained their second Bachelor's degree in Management Science & Technology from Athens University of Economics and Business, completing their studies from 2014 to 2019.
