Rouba Sammour

Rouba Sammour has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rouba started their career as a Trainee at BT Group in 2005 before moving on to work as an Application & Software Product Manager at HUAWEI Technologies Co. Ltd. In 2007, they joined ITISALUNA -- VTEL Holding as an IN & VAS Manager and later became a VAS & IN Consultant at VTEL HOLDINGS LTD. Rouba continued their career at Comptel as a Business Development Manager in LEVANT, IRAQ & IRAN, where they specialized in OSS/BSS solutions. In 2015, they became the Director of Business Development at Upstream, where they focused on Fintech solutions and digital transformation in the MENA region. Rouba'smost recent position is Director of Sales and Business Development at Velti, where they led the business development and sales team in the MENA region, focusing on digital transformation services and e-payment solutions.

In 2018, Rouba completed the Oxford Executive Fintech Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

During 2017, Rouba participated in an executive program at INSEAD focused on Leading Digital Transformation & Innovation.

From 2014 to 2015, Rouba pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Leicester, specializing in Executive MBA.

In 2004, Rouba obtained their Master of Mobile and High-Speed Telecommunications Networks from Oxford Brookes University, where they studied Telecom Engineering.

In 2016, Rouba earned a diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute through the CMI’s Level 7 Diploma program.

Additionally, Rouba has obtained various certifications, including "Google Analytics for Beginners" from Google analytics in May 2021, the "5-Day Digital Business Transformation Challenge" from CXO Transform in April 2021, and the CCNA certification from Cisco in September 2004.
