Heather Newell has extensive experience in customer service management and administrative roles. Since July 2002, Newell has been the Customer Service Manager at Veltri, Inc., where responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, addressing escalated issues related to accounts payable, and maintaining compliant accounts receivable records. Additionally, Newell serves as a member and secretary of the Safety Committee, organizing meeting agendas and documentation. Prior to this, Newell worked as a Secretary at Commonwealth Wood Preservers from September 1994 to January 2001, overseeing shipping and receiving administration, payroll entry, and office inventory management, while also assisting upper management. Newell's career began as a PBX Operator at Six Flags in 1994, handling a high volume of phone calls. Newell holds a diploma in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Bucks County Technical School and completed education at Pennsbury High School.
