Adrian Diakowicz

Adrian Diakowicz is an experienced Technical Director at VELUX since March 2010, overseeing the Industrial Engineering Department, Project Engineering, Maintenance Department, and Tool Shop, while supervising external companies. Responsibilities include co-creating and implementing the company's strategy, developing the Technology Road Map, and promoting maintenance, automation, and digitalization efforts. Adrian has previously held multiple roles at Hart Sp. z o.o., such as Shift Supervisor and Discrepancy Specialist. Adrian holds an MBA from Franklin University earned in 2023 and two engineering degrees from Politechnika Opolska: a Master of Engineering in Management and Production Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering.
