Lotte Tingsted Mathiesen

Lotte Tingsted Mathiesen has extensive experience in project management and employee engagement, currently serving as Experience Marketing Project Manager and Employee Event Manager at VELUX since November 2004. In this role, Lotte develops experience marketing concepts and manages employee retention activities across various locations, including the VELUX headquarters in Hørsholm. Previous positions at VELUX included HR Project Manager, focusing on new corporate HR initiatives and overseeing internal events globally.
