Mads Eggers

Mads Eggers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic business relationship management and project execution. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Business Relationship Management at VELUX since February 2024, Mads oversees a global portfolio of digital and IT projects, focusing on optimizing business strategies and stakeholder engagement. Prior roles include Director of Strategy Execution at Novo Nordisk, where Mads led a team of Strategic Project Managers in cross-border initiatives, and Head of Transformation at Egmont, managing key projects in strategy, sustainability, and technology. Mads has also founded Woodstein, an internal startup, and has held various roles in organizational development and strategic execution across multiple companies. Mads holds advanced project management certifications from prestigious institutions, including Stanford University and IMD, and possesses degrees in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen and the University of Southern Denmark.
