Robert Purol

Robert Purol is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and engineering. Currently serving as the General Manager of Windows & Hardware PCO and a Board Member at VELUX since April 2016, Robert oversees two factories in Poland with over 1,000 employees. Additionally, as the General Manager of Hardware PCO and Board Member of the Employee Foundation at VKR Holding A/S since March 2021, Robert contributes to initiatives supporting employees and their families. Previous roles include Plant General Manager at Inalfa Roof Systems Group and Director of Production and Engineering at Kimball Electronics, showcasing a strong background in automotive and public safety sectors. Robert holds a Master’s Degree in Mechatronics from Poznan University of Technology and is a certified coach, further enhancing leadership capabilities.
