Uffe Stelman

Uffe Stelman is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Global Business Services in Group Master Data at VELUX since May 2014, where Uffe motivates a high-performing team managing master data for a centralized operation supporting five regions across 40 markets and 20 production sites, while leading digitalization initiatives. Uffe's background includes a long tenure at VELUX A/S from 2001 to 2014, in various finance and controlling roles, contributing to process optimization, data governance, and the development of SAP finance templates across multiple countries. Uffe's military experience spans both the Royal Danish Airforce and the Danish Airforce, achieving the rank of Captain in the reserve and Lieutenant. Uffe's academic credentials include degrees from Aarhus University and Aarhus School of Business, specializing in supply chain, strategy, business development, and economy. Additionally, Uffe assisted as Head Coach for AGF Swimming from 1998 to 2003, working with elite athletes at the Olympics and World Cup level.
