Andrei Lipkin

Andrei Lipkin is a resident of Minsk, Belarus. After successfully completing his studies at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, he moved into banknote and security document design at the State Special Printing House of Belarus. While rising to lead the Marketing Division, Lipkin introduced numerous innovations into the documents issued by the various Ministries of the Republic of Belarus and developed innovative, state-of-the-art security features and designs. He also oversaw their production from prepress linework to final press runs while working to ensure customer satisfaction.
