Jayne Ingram-Roberts, CPA, CA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and financial analysis. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success for Corporate & Verticals at Vena Solutions since September 2019, Jayne has held various roles within the company, progressing from Customer Success Manager to Senior Manager. Prior to Vena Solutions, Jayne worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Rogers Communications and spent several years at EY in roles including Senior Staff Accountant and Audit Intern. Educational credentials include a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University, complemented by participation in an International Exchange Program at SKEMA Business School.
