Phil Horowitz

Phil Horowitz is a seasoned real estate attorney with extensive experience in purchase and sale, leasing, financing, and development. They served as a partner at Arter & Hadden LLP from 1993 to 2002, where they chaired the national real estate practice. Currently, Phil is a partner at Venable LLP and chairs the Business Intake Committee, while also being involved with the American College of Real Estate Lawyers as a past president. Additionally, they held a partner position at Melrod, Redman & Gartlan until 1993 and contributed as a non-voting governor at the Anglo-American Real Property Institute until 2011. Phil earned their law degree from Georgetown Law in 1973.
