Amber Higgin

Amber Higgin has a diverse work experience spanning over six years. Amber began their career as a Hospital work experience at Sunderland Royal Hospital in 2015. In the same year, they also started working as an ITO Apprentice and VPS Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Amber continued their journey in the IT field and joined DXC Technology in 2017 as a Server Support Engineer. After that, they worked at NHS as an IT Technical Development Officer from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, Amber joined Avanade as a Cloud Security Analyst and worked there until 2021 when they joined Venator Materials Plc as an IT Security and Compliance Analyst.

Amber Higgin attended St Bedes Peterlee from 2009 to 2014. Amber did not earn a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including InsightVM Certified Administrator from Rapid7 in January 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in April 2020, ITIL Foundation Level from QA Ltd in August 2018, MTA: Security Fundamentals from Microsoft in May 2016, MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals from Microsoft in April 2016, and MTA: Networking Fundamentals from Microsoft in January 2016. Amber also holds certifications in Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 certified: fundamentals without specific information on when and where they obtained them.
