Heike van de Kerkhof

Ms. van de Kerkhof was appointed a director of Venator in 2021. She serves as Chair of Venator’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of its Compensation Committee.

Ms. van de Kerkhof has more than 30 years of experience in the chemicals and materials industries. She is currently Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Archroma Management GmbH, a global, diversified producer of specialty chemicals with 3,000 employees across 35 countries and 26 production sites. Prior to Archroma, she held leadership positions across various functions at DuPont from 1989 to 2015, at Chemours, a company created from the DuPont Performance Chemicals businesses, from 2015 – to 2017, and was Vice President BP Lubricants for the Western Hemisphere from 2018 - 2019. She was previously a non-executive director at RPC Group PLC (from 2015 to 2016) and Neste Oy (2017) and is today a NED at OCI N.V. (since Oct 2020).
