Ivan le Roux

Ivan Le Roux is an experienced professional in risk management and insurance, currently serving as Group Risk and Insurance Manager at Baxters Food Group since November 2022. In this role, Ivan leads the development and management of the global risk and insurance program across Europe, the USA, and Australia, focusing on aligning risk with the company's appetite and ensuring optimal outcomes for insurance claims. Previously, as Head of Group Insurance at AO, Ivan centralized claims management to enhance customer and insurer outcomes. Ivan's extensive experience includes significant positions at Skipton Building Society, where responsibilities involved leading the global insurance program and operational resilience agenda, and HBOS, where Ivan managed the corporate insurance program and regulatory policies. Ivan holds a BCom (Hon) in Economics and is a member of the Association of Insurance and Risk Managers in Industry and Commerce.
