Paul Strefford

Paul Strefford has extensive experience in technical and operational leadership within the materials and chemical industries. Currently serving as Technical Manager and Area Manager at Venator Materials Plc since September 2020, Paul previously held multiple roles at Hexion Inc. from July 2014 to September 2020, including Site Leader of the Peterlee Upper Tier COMAH Site, where responsibilities included direct leadership of production, engineering, quality, and EHS teams. Paul also acted as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for four EU sites, managing significant business improvement projects and training personnel. Earlier experience includes the role of Continuous Improvement Manager at Huntsman Corporation from January 2012 to July 2014.
