Sarah Troutner

Sarah Troutner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Beginning their career as a Field Engineering Intern at Schlumberger, they gained hands-on experience in performing pump-down perforating and logging services. During this time, they also developed an Excel tool to optimize tool string components and implemented lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency in the field.

Sarah then interned as a Manufacturing Engineer at Ascend Performance Materials, where they followed a Lean Six Sigma approach to optimize additive consumption in polymers. Sarah also collaborated with operator lead teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.

Following their internships, Sarah joined DuPont as a Process Engineering Intern. Here, they conducted analyses on safety control equipment and developed a database to track downtime and identify improvements. Sarah also analyzed product transition costs and implemented a cost-effective model, potentially saving $900K annually.

Afterwards, Sarah joined Nalco Champion, An Ecolab Company as a District Sales Representative. Sarah successfully managed a cooling water trial and utilized consultative selling to build key customer relationships, achieving revenue growth.

Continuing their career progression, Sarah joined SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions as a Lead Account Manager and later became an Area Manager. In these roles, they led a team of direct reports, focused on growing the customer base, and managed accounts exceeding millions of dollars in annual revenue.

Most recently, Sarah has joined Venator Materials Plc as an MRD Sales Manager.

Sarah Troutner attended the University of Oklahoma from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Chemical Engineering.
