Jessica Novak, PMP

Jessica Novak, PMP has extensive experience in IT project management and system administration. Jessica is currently working as an IT Project Manager at Venatôre, where they develop project schedules, communicates project updates to stakeholders, and monitors project progress. Prior to this, they served as a System Administrator in the US Air Force Reserve.

Jessica's previous experience also includes roles in the United States Air Force, where they held positions such as Information System Security Engineer and Client Systems Technician. As an Information System Security Engineer, they were responsible for overseeing cyber security functions, managing teams, and implementing new procedures to enhance account management processes. In their role as a Client Systems Technician, they provided end user support and maintenance for a global intelligence communication system, leading a team of 10 junior military members.

Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated strong leadership skills, cost-effective problem-solving abilities, and expertise in IT project management and system administration.

Jessica Novak, PMP has a diverse education history that includes multiple degrees and certifications. Jessica obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Arizona Global Campus in 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Health and Wellness, General from Ashford University in 2019. Additionally, Jessica holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, which they obtained in 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jessica has also acquired several certifications. Jessica obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in April 2022. In January 2014, they earned the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA. Jessica is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in August 2022. Lastly, they hold the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, which they achieved in March 2023.
