John Gumkowski

John Gumkowski is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as VP of Financial Planning & Analysis at Venbrook Companies since February 2024, Gumkowski previously held various leadership roles at Homesite Insurance from March 2018 to June 2023, including Director of FP&A and Head of Planning and Forecasting. At Liberty Mutual Insurance from April 2014 to March 2018, Gumkowski developed strategic financial targets for the International Business Unit and led initiatives for Liberty Mutual Strategic Ventures. Early career positions include financial analyst roles at First Wind and Eversource Energy, as well as a finance internship. Gumkowski holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Providence College and an MBA with a concentration in Financial Reporting & Controls from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
